We provide clients with 2D black and white floor plans with every property shoot. Images are in a familiar file format for you to add to your listing or send directly to potential buyers. The floor plans have a professional and modern look. They are easy to read, identify all rooms, and include indications of the kitchen, bathroom, and more.

Creating a floor plan for your home takes a few extra minues when we are there for photography.
Floor plans can highlight the location of the residence, garage, decks, courtyards, and other external amenities when scanned.
The power of a floor plan is this: in the imagining phase a buyer/renter can use the photographs together with the floor plan to build a cohesive and comprehensive layout of the property.
With a floor plan, someone can see past a photographs and understand the actual size of a room. Photography can only go so far to represent the flow of spaces and hardly ever captures the ‘in-between’ spaces like foyers, corridors, and entry-ways.

Drone Photography and Video
Our principal real estate photographer has been a drone operator since 2013.
He is not only FAA certified and insured but one of a select few accredited as a Certified Drone Photographer through the Professional Photographers of America.
We provide traditional drone photography, aerial video footage, and “FPV” or first-person view type of drone videos like the one shown below.

What is your turnaround time?
Packages
Packages get photos delivered by noon the next day with no rush fees. Other media, like videos, etc., will be delivered as shown in this section.
Photos-only (a-la-carte orders)
Photos-only (a-la-carte orders) are delivered as soon as possible, but not guaranteed by noon. For these orders, we guarantee delivery by the end of the next day next day. If you need them faster, please add the rush service fee to get them by noon.
Videos
Videos are delivered as soon as possible, but sometimes edits take longer. Typically, standard videos are delivered by the end of the next business day. Agent videos are currently delivered 2-3 business days after a shoot. Cinematic videos with day-to-night transitions 3-5 business days.
Zillow 3D Tours and Floor Plans
Zillow Home Tours are typically processed on the same day.
Zillow processes floor plans as soon as they are uploaded. However, some floor plans may take a couple of days to process.
Matterport
Matterport virtual tours are processed as soon as we complete the scan. Some can be ready as early as the same day. Larger scans will take longer to process.

Basic 2D-floor plans are usually available within 24 hours.
Commercial Real Estate Photography
Commercial photography and videos will be delivered as defined in the contract.
Virtual Staging (Photos)
Virtual staging for photos are typically available the same day, but guaranteed by the next day.
Virtual Staging (Videos)
Virtually staged videos require extensive editing and are typically ready in 3-5 business days, depending on the size of the space.
What is real estate photography?

How soon can you shoot the property?
If you need us within 24-48 hours, please call or text us at 470-795-0834. Otherwise, our online booking system lets you see our availability. Is there a travel charge?
We recognize that our clients have real estate listings throughout Metro Atlanta. Based in East Cobb (Marietta, GA) enables us to serve a wide range of areas in North Georgia.
While some locations might appear close in mileage, the travel time can vary greatly. To ensure that our dedicated photographers receive fair compensation for their time and effort, certain areas may incur travel charges while others may not. For detailed information, please consult our service area map.
Do you do Airbnb, VRBO, and other rental properties?
YES! We have shot many vacation rental properties in Georgia! We also shoot for national brands, hotels, condos, apartment complexes, and retail stores. We love to capture the feeling of being on vacation and schedule real twilight shots for short-term rental properties - especially in Blue Ridge, Sky Valley, Ellijay, Cherry Log, and other popular destinations.

What is Considered Commercial Real Estate Photography?
