Cancellations and Refunds

Overview

Due to the nature of our business, services and media license fees are exempt from being refunded after the photographic service is completed.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Fees

You may be charged a rescheduling or cancellation fee if changes are made less than 24 hours before a booked appointment. The minimum fee is $50, but may be more depending on the services booked. In the case where a rescheduling or cancellation fee is charged, you are responsible for the full amount of a new booking.

Deposits

Deposits may be required at booking and credited towards any balance due. All outstanding balances are due prior to delivery of media and other assets. Deposits become non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the booked time.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Virtual staging services
  • Virtual renovation services
  • Virtual tour services
  • Referral credits

Partial Refunds and Credits

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or credits are granted:

  • If we fail to use proper real estate photography equipment
  • If we fail to deliver the quality and quantity of photos you pay for
  • Sale items

Exchanges

If we need to replace certain services with other services that cannot be performed for any reason, you will be entitled to a refund or credit for any difference in the price of the services.
