- Zillow allows real estate agents to invite their preferred professional photographer to capture and post their Zillow Showcase.
- We were once Zillow Certified Photographers and are now approved to provide Zillow Showcase photography.
Here is the background: After buying ShowingTime, Zillow terminated the Zillow Certified Photographer program (which we were a part of) and began hiring its own photographers to offer photography services. Agents found that the quality of photos and services was not up to their expectations. Zillow then decided to allow agents to use any independent professional photographer they wanted. So, we are not just Zillow photographers; we were certified by them and can now offer MORE than others!

How to order Zillow Showcase Photography:
We are approved to shoot and upload Zillow Showcase photos and Zillow Tours with Floor Plans.
- Order your Zillow Showcase directly from Zillow and pay their fee.
- When asked about photography, select “choose my own photographer” and add our email address (info@realestatephotosatlanta.com)
- Book one of the Zillow Showcase Packages on this page (we offer the same prices, with lots of extras and options)
- We upload photos, the Zillow Home Tour, and the Interactive Floor Plan to ShowingTime+ for your Zillow Listing Showcase.
- You also receive MLS-size and HD photo downloads by noon the next day*, our marketing tools, branded property website, virtual tour slideshow, lead capture system, AI property description writing tool, and more.

Zillow Showcase v. ShowingTime+?
Agents must understand the difference between Zillow Showcase and ShowingTime+. Here’s a brief overview of each:
Zillow Showcase
Zillow Showcase is a premium service exclusively for agents and offers a listing marketing package that doesn’t exceed 10% of active listings in your market. It provides additional exposure for your listing on Zillow, enhancing your marketing efforts. For more details, visit their Zillow Showcase page.
ShowingTime+
ShowingTime+ is a collection of services for real estate professionals. One service that has created confusion in the market is Zillow Photographers. Initially, agents were forced to use a Zillow photographer to have a Zillow Showcase. Thankfully, Zillow now allows agents to use their own professional photographer.
* Photos by the Next Day: Our manually edited HDR real estate photos are typically ready by noon the day after the shoot. On weekends, photos may be delivered by the end of the day.
** Number of Photos: We shoot the number of photos required to capture all rooms at a property. Based on the square footage, the following is a guideline for how many final images you can expect. If you like close-up detail shots or for a larger property with special features, please select the appropriate add-on.
