STEP ONE: Order and schedule your photos with us
When you order from us, you will receive more than what ShowingTime+ offers.
The following packages are all Zillow Showcase Ready:

STEP TWO: Select us as your ShowingTime+ Photographer
These instructions must be completed once you have logged in to your ShowingTime+ dashboard.
REMINDER: YOU MUST PAY ZILLOW DIRECTLY FOR YOUR PREMIERE AGENT STATUS AND SHOWCASE CREDIT – we cannot do this for you and do not know their costs.
First, find the listing and click the select media option button.
Second, click the “Use another photographer” button.
Third, use the information below to have the system send us a link to upload the photos and 360 tour for your Showcase!

Zillow Showcase Explanation
Agents must understand the difference between Zillow Showcase and ShowingTime+. Here’s a brief overview of each:
Zillow Showcase
Zillow Showcase is a premium service exclusively for agents and offers a listing marketing package that is offered in a way not to exceed 10% of the active listings in a particular market. The Zillow Showcase provides additional exposure for your listing on Zillow, enhancing your marketing efforts. For more details, visit their Zillow Showcase page.
ShowingTime+
ShowingTime+ is a collection of services for real estate professionals. One of the services that has caused great confusion in the market is Zillow Photographers or Zillow Listing Media program. Initially, agents were forced to use amateur Zillow photographers to have a Zillow Showcase. Thankfully, Zillow now allows agents to use their own professional photographer.
Real estate agents must first have a Zillow Showcase subscription which is something you must purchase directly from Zillow. You can click over to the ShowingTime+ information about listing showcase. In addition, you must also have a listing “token” to use for your showcase.
Why The “Zillow Certified Photographer” Program Ended
Here is the background: After buying ShowingTime, Zillow terminated the Zillow Certified Photographer program (which we were a part of) and began hiring its own photographers to offer photography services. Agents found that the quality of photos and services was not up to their expectations. Zillow then decided to allow agents to use any independent professional photographer they wanted. So, we are not just Zillow photographers; we were certified by them and can now offer MORE than others!
* Photos by the Next Day: Our professionally edited high definition HDR real estate photos are typically ready by 1:00 PM the day after the shoot. On weekends, photos may be delivered by the end of the day.
** Number of Photos: We shoot the number of photos required to capture all rooms at a property based on the square footage and angles in a home. If you like close-up detail shots or for a larger property with special features, please select the appropriate add-on.
